Residential gas line repair done by the professionals. When it’s time to add appliances to your home, don’t limit yourself to the electric options out there.
With the addition of a gas line, you can open up a new world of possibilities. Make your patio warm and inviting with a gas fire pit that’s easy to use. Go with a gas grill and you’ll never have to worry about running out of propane again.

Residential Gas Line RepairIt takes certain skills and knowledge to add these lines to your property, but you can count on us for quality work and reliable results.

Residential Gas Line Repair

Like water, gas lines are maintained under pressure. The supply requirements of the appliance will dictate the size of the new line.

We will determine the proper size to ensure that the fixture receives the gas supply that it needs.

If you’re considering residential gas line repair or converting an appliance, let us assess the existing line to determine if it will suit your needs or should be replaced with another size.

All Testing Of Gas Lines Included

Safety is your first consideration when it comes to a new gas line. We understand you need to be completely confident that the system is up to code and ready for regular use. That’s why we handle the testing ourselves.

We’ll pressure test the lines to be sure that they’re between 1.5 times the working pressure but below three PSI. Any leaks or problems will be addressed immediately.

We promise that when we complete your installation, the lines will be ready for use.

Beware of Aging Lines

Perhaps you already have a line in place from an old grill and you want to recycle it.

This may be possible, but the line must be thoroughly inspected to ensure that it’s up to the new standards.

Rust in the lines must be removed, and it may simply be more cost-effective to simply replace the entire line. In some cases, an aging line can be salvaged with just a few minor repairs. You won’t know until you have it inspected and pressure tested.

We don’t charge for our inspections. We’ll take the time to check the other gas lines in your home to see if they require any service.

Gas Line Repair | Updating the Entire Property

While we specialize in fireplaces and outdoor gas fixtures, we’re happy to update the gas lines throughout your home.

As a general rule of thumb, properties that are more than 40 years old are at an increased risk for gas line failure, so they should be inspected every few years.

We’re fully licensed and insured, so you can rely on us to effectively assess the condition of your lines to determine if you need any services.

While you’re having the lines updated, you can also add the sections that you need to enhance your patio with heaters, fireplaces, grills or even tiki torches.

While you may be dreaming of a cozy fireplace that you can curl up by on a cool fall night, you may be surprised to learn that you can also add gas lights that are soft, mellow and the perfect way to add ambiance to any gathering.
